About Faculty
In order to provide high quality instruction, English Kaizen hires only carefully selected instructors. Resumes are screened, personality and teaching skills are confirmed through interviews, and actual teaching skills are evaluated through demonstration classes. Only instructors who pass these tests are hired, and we strive to improve the quality of our classes through ongoing training. We carefully select excellent instructors and provide a safe learning environment.
About Faculty
Ms. M has extensive experience teaching English and Japanese in schools and on online platforms. With qualifications including Cambridge TKT Practical Band 4 and Practical English Proficiency Test Level 1, she teaches grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation in a fun and low-stress environment. She is especially well known for her speaking instruction and uses her experience in shadowing and debating to get the most out of her students’ abilities.
M.
She has a TOEIC score of 860 and an advanced level of business conversational English. As a private tutor, she provides academic support for elementary through high school students and has experience as an instructor of English-based recreational activities. She uses her multilingual abilities to provide flexible and effective instruction to students learning English.
Mr. S.
Ms. E is an experienced teacher who has taught English to a wide range of students from kindergarteners to adults.
We offer fun lessons incorporating singing, dancing, and games, and can accommodate small to large groups.
We also teach Business English and TOEIC preparation, and offer customized lessons tailored to each student’s level.

Dr. K is a highly skilled instructor who can work with a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
We strive to provide accurate and easy-to-understand explanations and carefully guide each student according to his or her individual pace and goals.
We adopt an effective approach to developing practical English skills and do our best to help students use English with confidence.
K.
K1 has 12 years of English teaching experience and is a highly accomplished English conversation, TOEIC, and Eiken instructor.
Fluent in native-level English and Japanese, he also teaches a wide range of subjects including mathematics, social studies, and Japanese (English grammar) through English.
He has taught Eiken from Level 5 to Level 1, and has helped many students pass with high scores.
