Eigo Kaizen (EIGOKAIZEN) was founded by OCCDesign, Inc., a recruitment agency that helps people “become” what they want to be. Recognizing the high cost of quality English language education, we launched Eigo Kaizen to make English language education accessible and affordable for everyone, from children to adults. Our mission is to provide the highest quality language education without financial burden, enabling learners of all levels to acquire the skills they need with confidence.

In response to the pandemic, OCCDesign Inc. launched an online Japanese language class for foreigners at the low price of 600 yen per hour. This initiative not only made learning Japanese more accessible, but also provided a valuable teaching opportunity for many Japanese language teachers facing difficulties in finding employment. We are proud to have been able to support the community in this way and create a place where teachers can continue to share their expertise and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
